I’ve been reminded of the effects of bitterness as an emotion, and how this can create chemical damage to the anti-oncogenes which protect cells against developing cancer. We can do chemo, radiation, surgery, but if the underlying emotion of bitterness isn’t dealt with, that root will continue to destroy your body’s protective cells.
Good health is something which doesn’t just happen. My garden doesn’t happen without me preparing the soil and then planting the desired seeds. In addition, I need to insure my garden is watered and any seeds that end up there which I don’t want need to be pulled out.
Now, let’s apply this to our everyday life with nutrition. I need to insure health delivering nutrients get consumed. This means understanding what foods are required to nourish and strengthen every aspect of our bodies. This usually isn’t all that difficult as over the years all of us have understood the value of fruits, vegetables, lean meats and healthy fats. Unfortunately the younger generations have been raised in households where both parents are forced to work and convenience has become the damaging element.
When I was raised, mom was diligent at making sure we all ate wholesome foods at every meal from all these categories. Back then, there was less of the chemical constituents in the foods which we’ve eventually found to give rise to a multitude of diseases. Getting away from these chemicals is critical as so many of these chemicals steal critical nutrients from our food.
I often resort to dispensing Catalyn as a means of restoring critical nutrition. This supplement Dr Royal Lee created because he saw so much nutrition depleted and missing from foods ninety two years ago. His association with other nutrition oriented doctors led him to understand that modern farming techniques were robbing foods of the life giving elements way back then. It’s only gotten worse as the years have gone on.
The dramatic rise in sugar consumption over the years has resulted in major depletion of the critical elements required to drive the Krebs cycle of energy metabolism. As this continues to deplete the ability of our bodies to burn calories we see the onset of diabetes, neuropathies, renal damage, eye diseases, inflammatory diseases, cardiac disorders, and obesity. These are just scratching the surface.
Our bodies burn glucose for energy. So, why the damage from sugar, which is glucose? With the processing of sugar, major nutrients are stollen from the actual food which are required in the normal metabolism of that glucose in our bodies. Much of that involves B vitamins, and specific minerals, of which Vanadium and Chromium have been identified as critical for glucose metabolism.
When we overload one mineral over another, our body will lose the normal balance and many times the one mineral overloaded will force out another. Too much iron and you will lose zinc, which is required to make insulin. Many high potency vitamins overload one element over others as they don’t always mimic real food. This why I am so passionate about whole food nutrition over so many fancy brands out there.
When you’re eating foods which have had essential nutrients stolen from them, critical functions in your cells tend to not work as intended. Our bodies are marvelously made, and will function with minimal nutrition for years before we see major malfunction. That’s why it’s so important to maintain your health while you are healthy. Trying to get your health back after major failures is where we see the greatest challenges. It’s not impossible, but can take time and much effort.
